The last General Membership meeting held on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, the previously publicized and updated by-laws were voted on and passed by the votes of the quorum present.

Zenaida Cofie, MSSO member from Towson, has recently returned from serving our country for a 90 day tour of Active Duty when her Army Reserve Unit was activated. She was be stationed at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, living in tents and treating returning veterans. We all owe her a debt of gratitude as she performs her patriotic duty for the benefit of all of us and for our families.
